The Carice front hillside was experiencing significant erosion and settling issues, necessitating a comprehensive overhaul. The project commenced with a complete demolition of the existing hillside, allowing for a fresh start. We transformed the space by constructing new retaining walls using CMU blocks and natural rock, ensuring stability and durability. The stairs were rebuilt with concrete and finished with matching pavers for a cohesive look. Finally, we completed the site with drought-resistant landscaping and strategically placed lighting to illuminate the entry, creating a welcoming and sustainable environment.
